Webster University provides diverse dining options to serve our entire campus community — from residential students to international scholars to daily commuters. Our flexible meal plans ensure everyone can enjoy convenient, quality dining that fits their schedule and lifestyle.
Smart Dining Choices for Everyone at Webster
World Market – A culinary marketplace showcasing global flavors and street foods, offering an ever-changing variety of cuisines from domestic, regional and global traditions.
Saffron & Spice – Bold, halal-style fare like customizable pita nachos, naanwiches and lavash wraps. Weekly themed menus blend Middle Eastern tradition with global flavors, crafted for convenience, variety and flavor in every visit.
Wich St. Deli – Freshness and quality combine to feature house-roasted meats, scratch-made spreads and sauces along with house-made chips with flavors like chili lime or dill pickle.
Stacked – Your go-to spot for classic comfort food done right. Serving up burgers, fries and grilled chicken, this station keeps it simple with all the favorites you know and love. Hot, fresh and satisfying every time.
Cucina – Classic Italian cuisine with all the familiar favorites. From hot, cheesy pizzas to pasta and hearty subs, this station is all about simple, satisfying dishes that hit the spot.
Greens & Grains – Fresh and easy stop for build-your-own salads. Featuring a variety of greens, grains, veggies and proteins, this station keeps it simple with everything you need to toss together the ultimate salad.
Plant Forward 360 (PF360) – Vegan and vegetarian options offering house-made hummus, premium vegetarian and vegan proteins, toppings, dressings and specialty dishes such as lentil chili, black bean street tacos, vegetable Pad Thai and vegan pulled pork.
Boost Café – Prepared breakfast sandwiches, healthy egg bites or a local breakfast favorite paired with traditional sides and beverages.
Sugar Lab – Sweet treats and classic desserts.
The Gorlok Grill – A grill station featuring chicken tenders, burgers, fries and seasonal items.
Bubble U – Rotating hot rice bowls including teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, beef and broccoli and tofu vegetable bowls. Boba tea will feature various flavors and toppings.
Roll Call – A station featuring sushi and poke bowls.
We are proud to serve Starbucks Coffee at Emmerson Library along with tea and to-go food and snacks.
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. All items are à la carte with dining dollars and debit/credit cards accepted.
Dining options at the East Academic Building will be expanded with more market items and hot drinks.

Dining Made Easy for Commuter Students
As a member of our Webster community, commuter students deserve convenient access to campus dining. Whether you're grabbing coffee between classes, meeting friends for lunch or need a quiet spot to study while enjoying a meal, our flexible dining plans help you make the most of your time on campus.
Choose between our 48 Block Meal Plan with 500 dining dollars ($1,200 per semester) or our 16 Block Meal Plan with 325 dining dollars ($600 per semester).
Both plans give you the freedom to enjoy fresh, delicious meals at Marletto's, Crossroads and other campus dining locations.

Dietary Support
Dining will use Nutrislice, a leading digital food service platform, to provide dietary information about food options, menus, and more.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars have replaced Gorlok Bucks and are tax-free. They can be used at all on-campus dining locations. Meal plan money is no longer valid off campus.
