Steps to Confirm Your Enrollment

Find your letter of admission by logging into your account on the Webster Application Portal (requires login).

Please take note of your student ID. It will allow you to communicate with the team on campus for payments and enrollments.

Make sure to contact your Admissions Counselor if you have questions.

To confirm your attendance:

  • Send your confirmation deposit of CHF 1500 to save your place in the program.
    • If you are also applying for housing, the total deposit is CHF 2,500.
    • For further details, see our Tuition Deposit Form.
  • Complete and return the Enrollment Agreement to the Business Office at geneva.businessoffice@webster.edu.
  • You may pay via the Flywire portal.

Get started on the visa process as soon as possible. Check with the local Swiss Consulate and make an appointment. Following admission, you will be given the necessary documentation, instructions and website links to make the visa and permit process as clear and smooth as possible.

Geneva’s authorities at the Office Cantonal de la Population et de la Migration (OCPM) require up to three months to process an entry visa from the date of your application.

If you submit your application less than 3 month before the start of your desired intake, there is a risk that your visa may not be processed in time. This could delay your academic plans.

For more details, please contact the Admissions Office

Ensure you complete and submit your Housing Application.

Webster Geneva offers a variety of housing options for students on and off campus. Freshman students are primarily housed on-campus in Bellevue in our Living and Learning Center (LLC).

Returning undergraduate students, study abroad and graduate students have additional options for off-campus housing.

For additional details, please contact the Housing Office.

If you require Financial Aid, contact your Admissions Counselor. The application form will be available to you on your application portal.
